Return & Refund Policy

At Hobnotch, we stand behind our fragrances. If you try one and decide it is not for you, we make returns hassle-free.

1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns You have 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Even if you have sprayed the perfume or the box is slightly damaged, you can still return it if you do not like the scent.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team via email at hobnotchstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03024170233 with your Order ID.

  • Once approved, send the item back to the return address provided by our team.

  • Customers cover the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, leaking, or incorrect parcel).

3. Damaged or Wrong Items If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We will send an immediate replacement at no extra charge.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
